Questions homeowners ask us
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. The inspection, photo report and written estimate are free, with no obligation. If your roof only needs a $300 repair, that’s what we’ll tell you.
How do I know if hail damaged my roof?
From the ground you often can’t. Look for dented gutters, downspouts or AC fins, and granules collecting at downspouts. If you see those, book a storm inspection — we’ll check every slope and photograph what we find.
Will my insurance cover a new roof?
If a covered storm caused functional damage, most homeowner policies pay for repair or replacement minus your deductible. We’ll tell you honestly whether the damage is worth filing for before you open a claim.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes in DFW are torn off and re-roofed in one day. Larger or steeper roofs, metal and tile can take two to four days. We’ll give you a schedule in writing.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing options through third-party lenders, including low monthly payment plans, subject to credit approval. Ask your project manager for current terms.
